Salary: USD 100,000 - 150,000 yearly

What you will do
- Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Design to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Build and maintain web applications using React, Next.js, and GraphQL
- Evolve design system for consistency and scalability
- Design and implement backend services and APIs focused on reliability and performance
- Conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and optimize for performance, accessibility, and SEO
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with UX for intuitive experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience as Full Stack Developer in modern web environment
- Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and GraphQL
- Experience with backend services using Node.js, Express or similar
- Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Understanding of web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Nice to have
- Experience with Hygraph, Vercel, or similar headless CMS and hosting
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Experience with analytics tools, A/B testing, and marketing integrations
