What you will do

• Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Design to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Build and maintain web applications using React, Next.js, and GraphQL
• Evolve design system for consistency and scalability
• Design and implement backend services and APIs focused on reliability and performance
• Conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and optimize for performance, accessibility, and SEO
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with UX for intuitive experiences

Requirements

• Proven experience as Full Stack Developer in modern web environment
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and GraphQL
• Experience with backend services using Node.js, Express or similar
• Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Understanding of web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

Nice to have

• Experience with Hygraph, Vercel, or similar headless CMS and hosting
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
• Experience with analytics tools, A/B testing, and marketing integrations
