What you will do

• Own features from database schema to UI for therapist practice management including scheduling, clinical notes, and payments.
• Build frontend interfaces and backend APIs for patient-first experiences like personalized recommendations and provider matching.
• Design AI-enabled clinical systems for treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical intelligence integration.
• Create frictionless onboarding tools for insurance credentialing and provider scaling.
• Collaborate across teams to ship reliable, scalable products in a complex healthcare domain.

Requirements

• End-to-end product building experience with backend logic and frontend state management.
• Proven ownership of ambiguous problems into shipped software with technical decision-making for maintainability and scale.
• Mentoring skills, fast shipping with iteration, quick learning in complex domains like healthcare.
• Precise communication and experimentation with AI/LLMs for workflows and automation.
