What you will do

• Lead React Native mobile app development, owning architecture, performance, and code quality
• Design, develop, and deploy fullstack features across frontend and backend
• Build offline-first capabilities for low-connectivity field operations
• Contribute to architectural decisions for scalability and maintainability
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas using Drizzle ORM
• Conduct code reviews and collaborate in Agile environment to ship high-impact features

Requirements

• 5+ years professional software development experience
• 3+ years React, JavaScript, TypeScript
• 2+ years recent React Native
• 2+ years Node.js, Express.js
• Hands-on with Vite, Tailwind CSS, modern UI libraries
• Proven PostgreSQL, ORMs (Drizzle preferred), scalable RESTful APIs
• Web security: Helmet, CORS, JWT
• Clear communication, self-driven, solution-oriented

• Offline-first strategies, data sync (IndexedDB)
• Agile/Scrum experience
