What you will do

• Own the design and implementation of features within the Javascript stack to engage customers.
• Iterate on new and existing features to improve user experience and overall system performance.
• Contribute to the adoption of strong software architecture and engineering best practices.
• Perform code reviews and mentor other engineers to improve technical maturity.
• Collaborate with product, growth, and marketing teams in an agile process to refine the product.
• Support the on-call rotation to ensure high uptime for 24/7 business operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in Typescript, NodeJS, ReactJS, GraphQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience designing and building full-stack cloud architecture (backend, middle end, and web apps).
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Must be based in the LATAM region.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI environments.
• Experience working in small teams within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
