What you will do

• Communicate with patients and caregivers via phone and email regarding pre-approval treatment access.
• Capture and manage medical data within the internal platform.
• Search global trial databases using AI tools to identify relevant pre-approval options for patients.
• Pre-screen patients for specific clinical trials and facilitate referrals.
• Engage with patients to expand the Medical Community and increase awareness of the platform.
• Identify operational trends and contribute to improving patient recruitment and pre-screening strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in patient navigation, clinical research, or healthcare communication roles.
• Fluency in Korean, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM and healthcare databases.
• Must be located in South Korea, Australia, or China.

Nice to have

• Experience with patient care in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of clinical trials and expanded access.
• Certifications in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) or as a Certified Patient Navigator.
