Procurement Manager (DE/NL) & MRO Category Manager (EMEA) (Food & Beverage)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary procurement contact for strategic suppliers across all German and Dutch sites.
• Develop and implement high-level MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) category strategies across the EMEA region.
• Lead complex RFx projects (RFI, RFP, RFQ) to optimize quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Execute tail-end spend strategies for local plants to consolidate vendors and reduce administrative overhead.
• Conduct deep-dive spend management analysis to identify savings and innovation trends.
• Manage contract agreements and ensure strict adherence to local regulatory compliance across different jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years specifically in MRO Category Management.
• Engineering degree preferred, or a degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Prhirify.globalciency in SAP is required.
• Proven experience in Low-Cost Country Sourcing (LCCS) and leading regional sourcing projects.
• Fluent English is required.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with Coupa.
• Prhirify.globalciency in German or Dutch.
