What you will do

• Lead the design of autonomous, multi-step agents using LangGraph to replace manual marketing workflows.
• Architect robust, asynchronous FastAPI backends for high-volume automation and tool integration.
• Strategically deploy Proprietary APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) and Open Source models (Llama/Mistral) for reasoning and processing.
• Implement Langfuse for comprehensive tracing, cost management, and AI alignment with brand guidelines.
• Oversee PostgreSQL database design using pgvector to enable semantic search and organizational long-term memory for AI agents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and FastAPI.
• Expertise in LangGraph, LangChain, and Transformer Architectures.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, pgvector, Redis, PyTorch, and vLLM.
• Legal authorization to work in Cyprus or eligibility for visa sponsorship.
