What you will do

• Lead the rollout and configuration of Cursor and Claude Code across engineering teams.
• Resolve technical blockers involving IDEs, LSPs, build tools, and corporate network environments (proxies, TLS, certificates).
• Develop internal tools, CLIs, and automations using Node.js/TypeScript or Python.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including playbooks, runbooks, and FAQs.
• Evaluate AI agent skills and MCP servers for usability and security in collaboration with Cybersecurity.
• Define and track adoption metrics and developer satisfaction to identify and resolve product gaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in developer productivity, DevEx, platform engineering, or AI engineering.
• Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript or Python.
• 1+ year of practical experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across various local development environments (Windows, macOS, Linux/WSL2).
• Experience with enterprise network configurations, including HTTP proxies and trust stores.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent skills, MCP servers, or Anthropic tooling.
• Exposure to Java and/or C++ environments (IntelliJ, Visual Studio).
• Experience operating within regulated, enterprise, or security-conscious environments.
• Background in the finance domain.
