What you will do
- Define and lead the strategic roadmap for AI enablement across the company.
- Identify AI opportunities based on business needs, efficiency gains, and practical impact.
- Select, manage, and govern AI tools used organization-wide.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and reduce manual work.
- Drive AI adoption via training, support, and guidance.
- Measure impact, efficiency, and ROI using performance insights.
- Establish secure, compliant, and scalable AI usage standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading cross-company initiatives.
- Strong background in AI tools and practical business use cases.
- Track record of improving processes, driving automation, and enabling adoption.
- Experience working with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Hands-on mindset focused on execution and delivery.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and agentic workflows in real business environments.
- Experience with modern AI tools such as OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing AI in a production environment.
- Background in product, engineering, or data.
- Exposure to automation platforms and copilots.
- Experience with governance, compliance, or security teams.
- Additional regional language skills.
