What you will do

• Own and manage inventory systems and replenishment processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve moderate to complex issues related to ordering optimization, service level deviations, and inventory imbalances.
• Collaborate with vendors, Category, and Operations teams to improve operational performance.
• Lead small teams or provide guidance and oversight to junior supply chain roles.
• Manage inventory-related projects, including the launch of new product flows and system enhancements.
• Analyze performance data and identify trends to implement corrective actions and reduce waste.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain management, inventory management, or procurement with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of replenishment models and inventory optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
• Proficiency in G Suite or MS Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
• Experience in retail supply chain environments is considered a strong advantage.
