What you will do

• Manage master data uploads and product listings using the NAV system.
• Coordinate newness orders and liaise with vendors for accurate item information and barcodes.
• Maintain up-to-date cost and retail pricing, resolving discrepancies with vendors and buyers.
• Implement promotional plans and manage rebates globally.
• Coordinate new vendor setups and requirements for new store openings.
• Perform regular data audits within Navision to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar coordinator or data-focused role.
• Experience with ERP systems administration.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong numerical, literacy, and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dublin, Ireland.
