What you will do

• Review documentation and information for the approval and execution of lending commitments.
• Ensure compliance with firm requirements and regulatory due diligence for underwriting.
• Partner with bankers to facilitate seamless approval and execution processes.
• Devise and implement process improvement efficiencies using data analysis and simulation models.
• Communicate complex business and engineering ideas to a variety of stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience reviewing bank loan credit agreements and revolving credit facilities.
• Experience reviewing financial statements (10Ks, 10Qs) and legal diligence documents.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Tableau for risk management and reporting.
• Experience managing the full life cycle of multiple transactions from origination to execution.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
