What you will do

• Source, screen, and place 1099 independent contractors using LinkedIn, job boards, and other networks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to determine staffing needs.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including interviewing, testing, and referring applicants.
• Guide contractors through the hiring process from offer to contract execution.
• Maintain regular communication with talent to ensure assignment satisfaction.
• Ensure contractors comply with all tax, legal, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Proven experience in recruiting 1099 independent contractors.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Workday Recruiting.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills using internet tools and social media.
• Location: Must be based in the Philippines.
