What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including employer promotion, candidate pipelining, and compliance outreach.
• Implement innovative sourcing methods using advanced Boolean logic, social media, and professional networking.
• Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with strategic workforce and operational plans.
• Track and analyze TA metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and quality-of-hire.
• Ensure full compliance with Federal, State, and Local agencies, including EEO and affirmative action guidelines.
• Oversee pre-employment verification processes and maintain data integrity within the recruitment system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred).
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience with the recruiting lifecycle and applicable metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with applicant tracking tools (Workday experience is a plus).
• Location: Must be located in Santo Domingo, DR.
