Salary: $120,000–$150,000 CAD annually (Ontario)

What you will do
- Lead consulting engagements from discovery to delivery, aligning stakeholders on priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Facilitate decision forums, map dependencies, and establish cadences for cross-team reliability work.
- Design and implement reusable reliability tools, observability strategies, and production readiness practices.
- Lead incident investigations, design/code reviews, and systemic risk remediation across teams.
- Mentor senior engineers and consultants while influencing platform roadmaps and SRE adoption.
- Improve consulting playbooks based on patterns observed across teams.
Requirements
- Deep practical SRE knowledge including SLOs, error budgets, and governance.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, AWS, distributed systems, observability, and incident analysis.
- Proven cross-team leadership and influence without authority in complex organizations.
- High proficiency in English (verbal and written) required for interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Location restricted to Toronto, ON or Québec, QC (Remote).
- Solid software engineering fundamentals for enterprise codebases.
