Site Reliability Engineer

TL;DR

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE): Owning reliability of production services and security monitoring across the platform with an accent on SLOs, incident response, observability, and developer tooling. Focus on building incident management practices, triaging security alerts, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and fostering reliability culture within the engineering team.

Hybrid: full-time from Copenhagen or London office, or remotely within hybrid model. Available during core Central European working hours.

What you will do

• Define reliability standards with SLOs, error budgets, metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and dashboards.
• Lead incident response, blameless postmortems, and improvements; make on-call manageable.
• Own security monitoring: triage alerts, manage vulnerabilities, patching, and security incidents.
• Improve platform tooling: CI/CD, infrastructure as code, deployments, and developer experience.
• Analyze and optimize performance from database queries to mobile app starts.
• Promote reliability culture, teaching engineers to own services and processes.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on SRE, platform, or DevOps experience.
• Production services on AWS/GCP/Azure, Terraform/Pulumi, Kubernetes/ECS, CI/CD.
• Observability (metrics/logs/traces/alerting), incident response, on-call.
• Security fundamentals: IAM, secrets, network segmentation, vulnerability management.
• Fluent English communication.
