TL;DR

Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer / Consultant (Salesforce Service Cloud): Designing, implementing, and optimizing customer service solutions on the Salesforce platform with an accent on Service Cloud features, custom Apex/LWC development, and system integrations. Focus on building scalable architectures, integrating external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, and ensuring high system performance and security.

Location: Remote. Shift: 10am-7pm or 2pm-11pm

What you will do

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Configure and customize Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omnichannel Routing, Service Console, Knowledge Base, and Entitlements.
  • Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Lead solution design, architecture discussions, and the implementation of best practices.
  • Perform data migration, data modeling, and oversee CI/CD processes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Visualforce.
  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant).
  • Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
  • Exposure to Einstein AI, automation tools, or chatbots.
  • Experience with middleware tools like MuleSoft or Boomi.
