TL;DR

Location: Must have legal authorization to work in the Philippines without employer sponsorship

What you will do

  • Lead QA efforts for large-scale projects and provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.
  • Coordinate test activities with business stakeholders and other internal IT teams.
  • Perform test coverage reviews and manage regression activity and status reporting.
  • Develop and optimize the automation framework, conducting peer reviews and PR approvals.
  • Participate in technical analysis and design review sessions.
  • Provide out-of-hours support for critical incidents as requested.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience as an application QA/Tester.
  • At least 3 years of experience in automated testing using C#.Net, Java, and Selenium or Provar.
  • Strong expertise in both functional enterprise-system level testing and manual testing practices.
  • Ability to ensure accountability and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Expertise with the Provar automation tool.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelining using Bamboo, Jira, and Git.
