What you will do

• Review business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure comprehensive test coverage for Salesforce environments.
• Design and maintain robust functional and non-functional test plans tailored to the Salesforce platform.
• Validate advanced customizations, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Perform end-to-end integration testing with external systems, including APIs and middleware.
• Execute regression testing for Salesforce seasonal releases, patch deployments, and internal sprints.
• Manage defect governance using Azure DevOps and provide quality sign-offs in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• Deep expertise in testing the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Industry Clouds).
• Proven experience analyzing technical Salesforce components (Apex, LWC) from a QA perspective.
• Proficiency in testing APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and platform best practices.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with automated testing for Salesforce using tools like Copado, Provar, or Selenium.
