What you will do

• Prepare detailed test plans and cases, review requirements and technical documents
• Plan testing activities, identify and document bugs, build and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• Collaborate with developers and product managers, track QA metrics like defect densities
• Apply generative AI tooling across testing lifecycle: test case generation, data creation, log analysis, bug triage
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, identify repetitive tasks for AI automation, experiment with emerging techniques
• Promote AI capabilities and limitations, contribute to team understanding of AI-assisted QA

Requirements

• 4+ years as QA Engineer or QA Automation
• Bachelor's or master's in computer science, engineering or related
• Experience with automated testing tools (Shift-Left, Test Containers), SQL, C# .NET scripting
• Familiar with Opentelemetry, good knowledge of Apache Pulsar, STLC and SDLC
• Hands-on with GenAI tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) in testing
• Upper intermediate English and Spanish
• Flexible to work with departments in different time zones

Nice to have

• Cross-browser testing (BrowserStack), ISTQB certification
• SQL queries, e-commerce/financial testing experience
• Performance testing (JMeter), AI-based testing tools
