What you will do

• Lead design and execution of QA strategies for legacy system migrations, ensuring zero data loss and feature parity.
• Architect and implement end-to-end automation frameworks to accelerate testing and reduce manual regression.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to identify risks in legacy dependencies and modern integrations.
• Optimize testing processes, emphasizing the testing pyramid for stable transitions to microservices.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (fluent verbal and written)
• Proven experience leading QA for complex system migrations, including data migration and cutovers.
• Extensive test automation with tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress, building frameworks from scratch.
• Strong skills in REST API validation and database testing for data consistency.
• Strategic thinking with root cause analysis and risk assessments for legacy software.
• Expert with JIRA and project management tools for tracking progress and defects.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP for cloud migrations.
• Performance testing with JMeter or Locust.
• Advanced SQL for complex queries and analysis.
• Agile/Scrum leadership in digital transformations.
