What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Public Website measurement framework, including automated reports and dashboards.
• Conduct customer and competitor analysis to inform strategic prioritisation and optimise digital outcomes.
• Implement robust tagging and QA processes to guarantee data quality and minimize errors.
• Collaborate with planners and content leads to report on the impact of campaigns and content changes.
• Identify anomalies, emerging trends, and optimization opportunities through proactive analysis.

Requirements

• Strong experience, ideally 2+ years, with analytics and visualisation tools.
• Technical proficiency in building and updating automated dashboards and reporting systems.
• Experience in data quality and governance to ensure trustworthy insights.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol, Chester, Halifax, or Leeds.

• Previous experience in data engineering.
