What you will do

• Track field officers' productivity and quality, review reports, and discuss performance with managers.
• Identify risk mitigation opportunities and process improvements, keeping managers informed.
• Coach field officers on challenges, provide input, and escalate recurring issues.
• Shadow staff for improvement areas, especially during training.
• Develop daily work plans, lead execution, and manage field team expenses.
• Examine data quality against standards and report inconsistencies or fraud cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Work experience in monitoring and evaluation (advantage).
• Fluency in Lulamogi and Lugwere.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional leadership in motivating and developing junior staff.
• Ability to solve complex operational challenges and proficiency in Excel.
