What you will do

• Lead protection program activities and provide technical support and guidance to partner protection teams.
• Conduct protection monitoring, identify concerns, and facilitate access to services through the referral system.
• Manage protection cases according to established standards while ensuring strict confidentiality.
• Perform data collection to document the needs of forcibly displaced and stateless persons (FDSPs).
• Collaborate with refugee leadership, government authorities, and humanitarian actors to enhance coordination.
• Draft quality weekly and monthly reports on project outcomes, challenges, and success stories.

Requirements

• University degree in Social Work, Sociology, Law, Human Rights, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in protection programming, including GBV, Child Protection, or Protection Monitoring.
• Experience working with refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants in displacement settings.
• Strong knowledge of protection principles, safeguarding practices, and durable solutions.
• Proven ability to coordinate with multi-stakeholders and interpret program budgets.
• Excellent report writing, organizational, and leadership skills.
