What you will do

• Organize virtual, hybrid, and physical events, including IPO ceremonies, workshops, and large-scale client events in Amsterdam.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including invitations, guest lists, catering, AV support, security, and signage.
• Manage external agencies and suppliers, handling onboarding, contracts, and invoicing in coordination with Legal.
• Ensure all event materials comply with hirify.global branding and marketing guidelines.
• Manage event-related website content, registration processes, and internal reporting.
• Drive ESG compliance by proposing initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint of events.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Amsterdam
• Approximately 2 years of professional experience in events, communications, or marketing, ideally in an international environment.
• Language: Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and maintain high standards in execution.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the financial industry.
• Exposure to PR and social media.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
