What you will do
- Manage inbound comments, messages, and mentions with responses and escalations
- Moderate social channels to foster positive, engaged brand communities
- Schedule and publish organic and paid social content
- Plan and maintain content calendars with the team
- Support copy development, creative brainstorms, and campaign execution
- Conduct social listening, extract insights, and support reporting
- Build client relationships and liaise with paid media, PR, and partner agencies
Requirements
- Located in Amsterdam, Netherlands for hybrid work
- Genuine social media enthusiast with understanding of community behavior across platforms
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for juggling tasks
- Curious about trends, memes, and internet culture
- Analytical mindset with focus on measuring and optimizing engagement
- Strong written and verbal English
- Experience with social listening and community management tools
