What you will do

• Manage and coach a team of Global Operations specialists to maintain high productivity and quality.
• Track and analyze operational performance metrics to identify trends and optimize team workflows.
• Resolve high-visibility escalations by coordinating with leadership, legal, communications, and engineering.
• Provide subject matter expertise on operational processes to policy, training, and product partners.
• Operate across multiple time zones, requiring flexibility in working hours.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations management or a lead role.
• Proven experience in Trust & Safety and content moderation.
• Advanced knowledge of Zendesk, Jira, and moderation tooling.
• Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills for fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements for data privacy and user safety.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin office 3 days per week.
