What you will do

• Lead end-to-end migration of Jira and Confluence from Data Center to Cloud.
• Assess existing environments, including workflows, custom fields, permissions, and integrations.
• Define migration strategies, phases, milestones, and rollback scenarios.
• Execute migrations using tools such as JCMA, CCMA, Configuration Manager, and bulk import.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance before, during, and after migration.
• Integrate third-party tools and plugins into the cloud environment and provide post-migration support.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Jira and Confluence Data Center to Cloud migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Atlassian migration tools and administration for both Data Center and Cloud.
• English: minimum B2 level required.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Ownership and autonomy in managing migration workstreams.
• Ability to work in cross-functional remote teams with a documentation-driven approach.

Nice to have

• Atlassian certifications.
• Experience in regulated environments.
