What you will do

• Define and maintain global engineering and maintenance compliance standards (GxP, GMP, HSE) and corporate sustainability goals.
• Act as the primary technical authority for asset integrity and engineering governance across all global manufacturing sites.
• Drive continuous improvement to minimize risk in process safety, machinery safety, hazardous utilities, and electrical safety.
• Conduct global assessments and audits to monitor compliance levels and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Establish and govern a global engineering risk management framework, including the definition and reporting of risk-related KPIs.
• Coach local engineering teams and collaborate with executive stakeholders to embed compliance priorities in business planning.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 8–12 years of industry experience with strong expertise in Mechanical Electrical Piping Design.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Expertise in Operational Engineering, Plant Reliability, and Good Engineering and Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Proven experience in Project Management and Risk Management.
