What you will do

• Manage end-to-end finance dispute resolution processes for pricing discrepancies, duplicate invoicing, and usage anomalies.
• Maintain accurate case records from initiation through resolution in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales Account Managers and Accounts Receivable teams to resolve billing issues impacting collections.
• Implement process enhancements to support operational excellence, business goals, and productivity.
• Escalate unresolved disputes to the Accounts Dispute Resolutions Manager to ensure timely closing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable Operations or Finance Dispute Resolution.
• Professional experience ideally within the Software or IT industry.
• Relevant qualifications in Finance, Law, Business, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive independent resolution of issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
