What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness for global customers.
  • Maintain and update customer subscription data in Zuora, ensuring alignment with commercial agreements.
  • Perform billing reconciliations and investigate variances across accounts and invoices.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to resolve revenue-related issues.
  • Respond to customer billing inquiries regarding financial explanations or invoice clarifications.
  • Support the implementation of revenue assurance controls to ensure all billable services are captured.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in billing operations, accounting, or accounts receivable.
  • Experience with billing or finance systems such as Zuora, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM tools.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivot tables, data validation).
  • English: Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Location: Must be able to work onsite in Cebu, Philippines.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or shared services finance environments.
  • Exposure to payment platforms such as Stripe.
