What you will do

• Provide executive communications support, including briefing materials and town halls.
• Develop and deliver comms plans for COTO, Technology, Claims and Finance functions.
• Generate engaging content for internal channels like intranet, videos and presentations.
• Coordinate internal events and manage global cascade communications for leaders.
• Measure communications impact and report outcomes.

Requirements

• 8-10 years in internal communications with significant in-house experience
• Experience working across multiple countries in a regulated business
• Exceptional communications skills, building relationships at Leadership and C-suite level
• Expert writing and editing ability with attention to detail
• Proven ability to produce high-quality work under pressure
• Experience in matrix organisations and handling complex insurance concepts
