What you will do
- Act as trusted communications partner to People & Culture and Global Supply leaders
- Plan and execute communications for cultural development, transformation programs, and strategic initiatives
- Develop content, campaigns, and materials that build clarity, alignment, and engagement globally
- Ensure consistency with global communications strategy, brand, values, and tone of voice
- Measure effectiveness and improve impact of communications
- Collaborate with global communications team and cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in corporate or internal communications in international settings
- Proven track record driving cultural change and transformation through communication
- Strong experience in global organizations; industrial environments preferred
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, influencing skills, and ability to manage multiple initiatives under pressure
Nice to have
- Postgraduate degree or qualifications in communications, business, or change management
- Experience from industrial environments
