What you will do

• Develop MLIR-based compiler technology for deep learning workloads on hirify.global NPUs.
• Build AI execution middleware based on the hirify.global OpenVINO toolkit.
• Analyze deep learning networks and develop complex compiler optimization algorithms.
• Develop large-scale production software with a focus on validation and continuous integration.
• Collaborate with hardware architecture and software framework teams across different geographies to accelerate next-gen AI software.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a similar field.
• 4+ years of experience in C++ programming, software design, debugging, and performance analysis.
• Strong proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and modern C++.
• Experience in compiler technologies, deep-learning frameworks, high-performance computing, or computer vision.
• Must be based in or able to work from Leixlip, Ireland (Hybrid model).

Nice to have

• Experience developing modern compilers, specifically with LLVM and MLIR.
• Experience formulating optimization problems and using ILP solvers like ORTOOLs, CPLEX, or SCIP.
• Background in AI hardware accelerators, GPUs, or heterogeneous architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and the modern AI ecosystem (PyTorch, HuggingFace, llama.cpp).
• Understanding of modern machine-learning primitives and Large Language Models (LLMs).
