What you will do

• Own the transition of ML models from proof-of-concept (POC) to production-grade code.
• Iterate on existing models to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency in production.
• Collaborate with engineering squads to integrate AI features into cloud infrastructure.
• Scale Generative AI applications using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex and RAG patterns.
• Design and maintain MLOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows to automate retraining and deployment.
• Implement systems for monitoring model performance, data drift, and accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience deploying and maintaining ML models in a SaaS product environment.
• MSc or equivalent degree in AI/Machine Learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with the AWS machine learning stack.
• Expertise with Docker, containerized environments, and Linux shell/bash scripting.
• Proficiency in NLP, Transformers, and text embeddings for extraction and classification.
• Must be based in Ireland; no work permit sponsorship or self-sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Experience with dashboard tools such as PowerBI, Qlik, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with AWS CDK or equivalent frameworks.
