What you will do

• Lead design and delivery of AI agent platforms and multi-agent systems
• Architect scalable, fault-tolerant distributed AI systems
• Build agent orchestration frameworks with complex workflows
• Define AI guardrails, safety mechanisms, and engineering standards
• Drive prompt engineering, performance optimization, and model integration
• Mentor engineers, collaborate with product/design/architecture teams, and run experiments

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in software engineering with AI/ML/Full Stack focus
• Expert-level Python skills
• Strong experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT)
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, LLM behaviour, and AI guardrails
• Knowledge of vector databases, distributed systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
• Proven leadership in teams or large-scale initiatives; mentoring experience

Nice to have

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Exposure to AI ethics, bias detection, and governance
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
