Location: 100% remote role that can be based in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, or the United Kingdom

What you will do

• Evaluate and arrange model train lots submitted by users for attractive and relevant auctions
• Create compelling weekly lot selections using expertise and professional network
• Review titles, descriptions, images, and provide accurate estimated values
• Safeguard transparent and fair transactions through consistent expert evaluation
• Communicate rejections professionally to maintain strong seller relationships
• Collaborate with Sales to attract new sellers and diversify lots
• Partner with Marketing to boost bidder engagement and auction visibility

Requirements

• Expert knowledge in Model Trains
• Strong commercial acumen and documented commercial experience
• Eye for trade and value within the collectibles market
• Excellent communication skills for diplomatic handling of user disputes
• Network of potential sellers and experts in the field
• Good computer skills and confidence with digital tools
• Good command of English, written and spoken
