What you will do
- Qualify inbound leads via emails, chat, and calls to create sales opportunities
- Follow up with prospects, managing high volumes of emails and chats
- Use CRM and sales platforms to track leads and opportunities
- Conduct outbound prospecting using phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
- Recommend process improvements for better efficiency
- Generate sales pipeline through consistent territory-focused outreach
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Diploma or degree in relevant field (or extensive relevant experience)
- 1-3 years quota-carrying sales experience ideally
- Outbound sales experience
- SaaS or accounting industry experience
- Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot)
