What you will do

  • Support the evolution of hirify.global from a tax-free provider to a strategic retail partner for international clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive client diagnoses using performance data, competition analysis, and mystery shopping.
  • Customise value propositions by combining internal assets with external partner solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Facilitate value creation workshops and steering committees in collaboration with Sales teams for C-level stakeholders.
  • Manage the rollout and governance of agreed value creation action plans and innovations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Business Intelligence, and IT teams to deliver coherent and impactful client solutions.

Requirements

  • University or business school degree.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience, ideally within consulting firms or fashion and luxury retail.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data elaboration tools.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and storytelling capabilities.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German is considered a strong plus.
  • Proven experience in client-facing, consultative roles with high strategic exposure.
