What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of experiment management services, configuration delivery, and analysis pipelines.
• Own technical decisions for platform areas balancing reliability, performance, and ease of adoption.
• Enhance system observability, data quality, and operational standards to improve experiment trustworthiness.
• Collaborate with data scientists and statisticians to transform ambiguous requirements into scalable capabilities.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and technical leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a production environment.
• Strong expertise in backend systems, data infrastructure, or distributed systems.
• Proven track record of driving technical projects from definition to rollout in ambiguous spaces.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing systems, feature flagging, or dynamic configuration platforms.
• Experience owning infrastructure used by multiple engineering teams.
• Familiarity with analytical data systems or metrics pipelines.
