What you will do

• Design and build core banking infrastructure
• Ship MVP features across payments, FX, and transfers
• Own backend architecture using Java and AWS
• Contribute to systems, deployment, and scaling
• Work closely with product, CTO, and Principal Engineer

Requirements

• 10+ years as strong backend engineer
• Java + AWS experience
• Background in fintech, ideally payments
• Experience building modern systems, not legacy platforms
• Comfortable in fast-moving, high-ownership environments

Nice to have

• Payments, KYC, onboarding experience
• Crypto or stablecoin exposure
• Startup or early-stage experience
