Location: Office-first from the Warsaw office

Salary: 19,000 – 26,200 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Act as the primary financial partner for Marketing & Publishing to shape financial strategy and support decision-making.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, including data analysts and finance business partners.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for all marketing and publishing activities.
• Analyze performance variances and deliver actionable insights to drive business growth and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with procurement and business development on the financial aspects of contracts and transactions.
• Standardize reporting frameworks and contribute to the development of ERP, CPM, and BI systems.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, controlling, or finance business partnering.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading and developing professional teams.
• Proven expertise in revenue forecasting, financial modeling, and campaign performance analysis.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Warsaw office.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in the game development or entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query.
• Hands-on experience with Corporate Performance Management (CPM) systems.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
