What you will do

• Develop clear, well-tested, and modular backend code for games and interactive media.
• Architect features and services focusing on operability and scalability for global audiences.
• Collaborate with game teams to determine technology choices and lead implementation.
• Mentor junior engineers through paired programming and rigorous code reviews.
• Coordinate with project managers to deliver key features to players.

Requirements

• Residence: Must be living and working throughout Latin America.
• Language: Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Availability: Must work according to US Pacific Time (8am - 3pm).
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years in backend services.
• Proficiency in a strongly-typed language (C#, Java, C++, etc.) and established frameworks (Spring, ASP.NET, Node.js, or Django).
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
