What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-throughput RESTful and event-driven APIs using Golang.
• Develop microservices and middleware components in Java and Python to ensure system interoperability.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize code quality through unit testing, code reviews, performance tuning, and observability.
• Contribute to system design discussions regarding architecture, scalability, and resilience.
• Support cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines with a strong ownership mindset.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of backend or platform engineering experience in enterprise or product-driven environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Golang for building production-grade services.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python for backend or mid-tier development.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Guadalajara, Mexico.
