What you will do

• Design and evaluate multi-step agentic AI systems including autonomous agents capable of planning and tool use.
• Implement SOTA techniques such as ReAct, reflection loops, and chain-of-thought prompting.
• Develop agent orchestration frameworks for task decomposition, delegation, and failure recovery.
• Integrate LLMs with external tools, APIs, databases, and code execution environments.
• Define and own evaluation frameworks to measure success, reliability, latency, cost, and safety.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into production-grade AI solutions.

Requirements

• PhD, MS, or BS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying agentic or multi-step AI systems in production or research.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
• Experience with LLM APIs and orchestration libraries such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Ability to define and run evaluation frameworks for ML systems, including offline benchmarking.

• Experience in the travel or e-commerce industry.
