What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy cutting-edge ML systems for fraud detection and risk assessment.
• Develop services for real-time decisioning across the ecosystem using complex, high-volume data streams.
• Translate business risk signals into robust machine learning pipelines.
• Implement Generative AI and agentic systems to enhance fraud prevention.
• Collaborate with Product, Fraud Operations, Engineering, and Data Science teams to improve system impact.

Requirements

• Must be located near hirify.global offices in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis
• PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience applying ML in production with measurable business impact.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with data pipeline tools like Airflow, Spark, or Kafka.
• 6+ months of hands-on experience building LLM/GenAI applications (RAG, agents, or decision-support systems).
