What you will do
- Design, analyze, build, and test propulsion system hardware.
- Execute interdisciplinary projects to support Propulsion and broader company initiatives.
- Apply academic knowledge to solve real-world spacecraft engineering problems.
- Build and test hardware from scratch for deployment in space.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a similar technical discipline.
- Strong understanding of spacecraft systems and operations.
- Proven ability to personally design, build, and test hardware from scratch.
- Must have U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or protected individual status.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of chemical or electrical propulsion for spacecraft.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Practical experience testing spacecraft propulsion systems.
