What you will do

• Support the HR team with daily administrative processes and documentation.
• Assist employees with inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Provide regular and ad hoc HR reporting and data analysis for management.
• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from interview planning to new hire onboarding.
• Help organize training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to ongoing HR projects and process improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good command of English is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Nice to have

• Portuguese language proficiency.
• Prior internship or project experience in HR.
