TL;DR

Growth Engagement Manager (Legaltech): Managing post-sale relationships with law firms to drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion with an accent on strategic advisory and measurable customer outcomes. Focus on leading complex rollouts, optimizing usage, and translating client feedback into product roadmap insights.

Location: On-site in San Francisco (Union Square HQ), 5 days per week

Salary: $160,000 – $185,000 OTE + Equity

What you will do

  • Own post-sale relationships for a portfolio of law firms, managing the lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.
  • Lead complex rollouts in partnership with Legal Engineers to ensure immediate and long-term adoption.
  • Drive product adoption through structured enablement programs and proactive usage optimization.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to legal and operational leaders to align product value with client goals.
  • Identify commercial expansion opportunities and monitor customer health metrics to mitigate churn.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate client feedback into actionable roadmap insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in management consulting, B2B SaaS client advisory, or within the legal field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
  • Exceptional change management, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High EQ and commercial instinct with excellent communication skills for high-level leadership conversations.
  • Experience and passion for fast-paced, early-stage environments.
  • Must be based in San Francisco for full-time in-office collaboration (5 days per week).

  • Exposure to legal tech, legal operations, or other regulated industries.
