What you will do

• Report to Product Lead and collaborate with customers, engineering, design, and AI teams.
• Drive end-to-end product process: discovery, requirements definition, building, launch, and iteration.
• Conduct customer calls and onsite visits to understand workflows and validate ideas.
• Work with R&D on feasibility, trade-offs, and high-quality user experiences.
• Extract insights from feedback and connect to business outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years as Product Manager.
• Experience in B2B SaaS startup with production users.
• End-to-end ownership of product scope: discovery, definition, execution, launch, iteration.
• Working with complex tech systems and engineering on feasibility/trade-offs.
• Shaping user experiences with design teams.
• Excellent English communication for customers and technical teams.
• Running customer discovery, validating problems, decision-making from feedback.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with home care ecosystem.
• Experience with agentic systems or AI-powered experiences.
• CS/Engineering degree or software background.
